I am a magician for my darling! My gal requested for Nasi Lemak for dinner this week. Magician mummy granted her wish tonight.
Nasi Lemak Ingredients:
2 cups of rice ( washed and drained)
200ml of coconut milk + hot water to meet your rice cooker requirement for 2 cups of rice.
Salt to taste
5 pandan leaves ( washed and tie a knob)
Steps: 1) Washed & drained the rice 2) Add in rice, coconut milk, water & salt in rice cooker. Mix well. 3) Place the pandan leave on top & let your rice cooker complete the job! 4) Once the rice is done, remove pandan leave & stir it well again & let it steam warm in your rice cooker. A healthier version of Shrimps Carbonara
Recipe serving for 3pax
10pcs fresh shrimps
Some mushrooms as per your preference
2 large eggs
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of garlic minced
1 tablespoon of parsley flakes
Salt and black pepper to taste.
Steps: 1) Boil the spaghetti in salted water till it is cooked. Drained well and set aside 2) Mix eggs, milk & Parmesan cheese well and set aside. 3) Use some oil and sautéed the garlic. Pan fried the shrimp with some salt till it is golden brown. Scoop out for later use. 4) Add in mushroom and toss for 1 min then add in spaghetti and toss for another min. 5) Lower down the fire. Add in the egg and cheese mixture and toss well quickly. You can add some water slowly if you want it wetter. 6) Add in parsley flakes and black pepper and toss well. 7) Add in the cooked shrimp and mix well and ready to serve.
